Council of the Americas’ Energy Action Group will hold a public lunch discussion on the challenges and opportunities in Guatemala and Central America’s energy sector. Guatemala’s Minister of Energy, Juan Pablo Ligórria, will be present in addition to other energy policymakers, who will discuss Guatemala’s energy matrix and how it fits into the regional context.
