Americas Society Individual

Americas Society members receive an annual subscription to Americas Quarterly, priority invitations to premier cultural programs, and opportunities to engage with cultural figures, policymakers, and opinion leaders from across the Americas.

Americas Society Individual Membership Levels & Benefits

With a passion for promoting the arts and culture of the Americas and keeping in touch with the latest developments in Latin American politics, Americas Society members enjoy priority and complimentary access to our vibrant and diverse culture programs per year. Members meet leading and emerging artists, musicians, curators, and scholars at our post-event receptions and participate in relevant and insightful policy programs featuring experts and opinion-makers.

Americas Society membership is individual and not transferable. Membership runs for a 12-month period from the time of joining.

Individual Membership

Annual contribution: $100 ($100 tax-deductible)

Individual members receive a complimentary one-year subscription to Americas Quarterly, as well as invitations to and priority at AS programs and events when available.

  • Complimentary one-year subscription to Americas Quarterly.
  • Complimentary admission for the member to all AS programs, exhibitions, performances, and post-event receptions to meet featured artists.
  • Invitations to select AS public policy programs.
  • Priority seating at events when available.

Plus One Membership

Annual contribution: $250 ($220 tax-deductible)

With a Plus One membership, members can bring a different guest each time to our cultural programs and are invited to select AS public policy programs.

Plus One membership benefits:

  • Complimentary admission for the member and one guest to all AS programs, exhibitions, performances, and post-event receptions to meet featured artists.
  • All benefits of Individual membership.

Contributing Membership

Annual contribution: $500 ($440 tax-deductible)

Contributing members receive admission to Art at Americas Society exhibition previews and can bring up to two guests to all AS programs, exhibitions, and performances.

Contributing membership benefits:

  • Complimentary copies of Art at Americas Society exhibition publications and annual Music of the Americas' CD featuring exclusive recordings of AS performances, upon request.
  • Complimentary admission for the member to Art at Americas Society exhibition previews (at least three per year).
  • Complimentary admission for the member and up to two guests to all AS programs, exhibitions, performances, and post-event receptions to meet featured artists.
  • All benefits of Plus One and Individual membership.

Sustaining Membership

Annual contribution: $1,000 ($940 tax-deductible)

Sustaining members have the opportunity to host private exhibition viewings, as well as acknowledgment in the AS/COA annual report, among other benefits.

Sustaining membership benefits:

  • Acknowledgement in the AS/COA annual report.
  • Admission at member rate to the annual Washington Conference on the Americas and Latin American Cities Conferences.
  • Opportunity to host a private exhibition viewing in our gallery for up to 15 guests, subject to availability of the Art program.
  • Complimentary admission for the member and up to two guests to Art at Americas Society exhibition previews (at least three per year).
  • All benefits of Contributing, Plus One, and Individual memberships.
