AQ’s music columnist collects releases from across the region that straddle the divide between electronic and traditional tunes.

This article is adapted from AQ's special report on food security in Latin America This last musical roundup of the year features music by Venezuelans living in Colombia, Colombians living in Italy and Argentina, and Brazilians living in the Netherlands, among other migrations.
