Join the Hemispheric Security Conference, May 18–22
Experts from academia and the public and private sectors will examine the most pressing traditional and nontraditional security challenges facing the Western Hemisphere.
AS/COA is pleased invite you to the Hemispheric Security Conference (HSC) taking place virtually from May 18–22. The annual conference is a space where experts from academia, government organizations, non-governmental organizations, and the private sector converge to examine the most pressing security challenges facing the Western Hemisphere. HSC is led by the Jack D. Gordon Institute for Public Policy and the Kimberly Green Latin American and Caribbean Center, both part of our partner Florida International University’s Steven J. Green School of International and Public Affairs.
Past conferences have included discussions on a wide range of traditional and nontraditional security threats, including transnational organized crime, threat finance and terrorism, cybersecurity, climate change, and geopolitical rivalries. HSC features thought leaders from hemispheric governments, including senior military officials and leaders of the industry. If you are interested in participating, please register below.
