The Americas Society in New York City is set to present “Jonathon Adams: Wild thro’ the Woods” on Friday, Feb. 28, 2025.

Canadian baritone Jonathon Adams will present a program primarily featuring songs by Purcell, including “Almand,” “Sweeter than roses,” “Corrant,” “Saraband,” and “O solitude,” among others. Also on the program are works by Croft, Hume, and Blow.

Adams has performed with such organizations as the New York Philharmonic, National Symphony, San Francisco Symphony, and Toronto Symphony Orchestras, as well as the Washington Bach Consort, Tafelmusik, Ricercar Consort, B’Rock, Vox Luminis, the Netherlands Bach Society, and il Gardellino.

The performance kicks off at 7 p.m. local time.
