Music of the Americas: Fall 2023 Concerts

We announce the schedule for the 2023 fall season live and online, featuring popular and contemporary music.

The 2023–2024 season of the MetLife Foundation Music of the Americas Concert Series starts both live in New York City and online. Concerts will include contemporary music in two nights of the Momenta Festival, the Jasper Quartet playing music by Canadian composer Vivian Fung, and a conversation and performance featuring artists from the Teatro Real de Madrid

Teatro Real de Madrid

October 18, 7 pm

Join Teatro Real's Artistic Director Joan Matabosch and cellist Pablo Ferrández for a discussion and performance.

October 4, 7 pm

The annual Momenta Festival returns to Music of the Americas for two nights. The first program is curated by violist Stephanie Griffin.

The adventurous string quartet is back for the second night of their festival, curated by Alex Shiozaki.

Jasper Quartet: Music by Vivian Fung

The quartet launches their latest CD on Sono Luminus, dedicated to the string quartets of Canadian composer Vivian Fung, composed from 2003 to 2019.
