Juan Cruz Díaz is managing director at Cefeidas Group and senior advisor at Americas Society/Council of the Americas (AS/COA). He is also a consultant for the International Finance Corporation and a professor in the graduate programs of University of San Andrés and University of Congreso in Argentina. Before founding Cefeidas, he was director of Public Policy Programs at the AS/COA. Prior to that, he practiced and taught law, directed a Latin American NGO devoted to international legal affairs, and worked as a consultant on multilateral negotiation processes for the Organization of American States. Díaz is a lawyer who holds a master's from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, where he specialized in international business and Latin American politics.
