Peter Reilly joined AS/COA as its chief financial officer and vice president in 2004. His responsibilities include financial accounting and financial statement reporting, capital projects, budget, audit, tax, compliance, risk management, contracts, leases, facilities management, and administration, as well as working with Board members of both the Finance and Audit Committees.

Peter is a certified public accountant, chartered global management accountant, and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Prior to his employment with AS/COA, he worked as vice president of finance and administration for a museum and its related real estate affiliate in lower Manhattan for more than 20 years. He started his career at KPMG, working as a senior supervising auditor primarily in its Education and Other Institutions Not-For-Profit Group, conducting audits and providing specialized services for the firm’s not-for-profit clients including museums, universities, religious organizations, and government. Other audit experience included manufacturing, banking, commodities, engineering, transportation and media.
