Francisco de Narvaez, Margarita Stolbizer, and Sergio Massa gave their perspectives on what the oppositionis proposing for Argentina ahead of legislative elections October 27.
De Narvaez presented a program with 10 goals he aims to work towards on his arrival to Congress ranging from investment promotion to creating an anti-drug agency, from fighting insecurity to the promotion of a Green Argentina. The representative for the Progressive Civic and Social Front Margarita Solbizer extensively argued Argentina needs to review its international alliances. In the global context of food sovereignty, Argentina is a producer who should take advantage of its position as a major food producer in the coming years.
The Mayor of Tigre Sergio Massa asked the national government to restore the country’s confidence in its institutions and help attract needed investment. The political candidate finished his remarks by challenging Argentina’s political class to design and promote educational systems in line with the global technological revolution.
