Overview

As we approach the Summit of the Americas in June, join AS/COA President and CEO Susan Segal and the Council’s Trade Advisory Group for a virtual briefing by Dr. Manuel Otero, the newly reelected director general of the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation in Agriculture (IICA).

Following on a successful collaboration between IICA and the Council in advance of the 2021 World Food Systems Summit, Dr. Otero will discuss the hemispheric agricultural agenda, with a focus on how leaders can advance key agricultural issues at the Summit of the Americas in Los Angeles and beyond.
