Overview
Mexico’s Supreme Court is set to decide a landmark case in telecommunications regulation that will largely determine whether recent, positive trends toward more independence and consumer welfare-based regulation will continue or be reversed. This decision is expected to have important ramifications for Mexico’s telecommunications sector and regulatory environment with implications for the new administration.
