Overview

Council of the Americas will hold a private, off-the-record breakfast discussion on U.S.-Brazil trade relations and Brazilian trade policy with Daniel Godinho, secretary of foreign trade of Brazil.

As secretary of foreign trade in the Ministry of Development, Industry, and Foreign Trade since 2013, Godinho directs Brazilian commercial outreach. In November 2015, he co-chaired the 13th U.S.-Brazil Commercial Dialogue, which seeks to increase bilateral trade and investment.
