Council of the Americas will hold a private, off-the-record breakfast discussion with Todd C. Chapman, whom the U.S. Senate recently confirmed as ambassador-designate to Ecuador.

A member of the Senior Foreign Service, Ambassador-Designate Chapman is currently the acting assistant secretary of the Bureau of Political-Military Affairs. Previously, he served as deputy chief of mission at the U.S. Embassy in Brasilia from 2011 to 2014.
