Gen AI: Get the 70 Percent Right

As part of the BRAVO Circle of Chief People Officers, Council of the Americas will host a virtual roundtable on the guiding principles for the implementation of generative AI. It will feature a keynote presentation entitled “Gen AI: Get the 70 Percent Right.” 

While Gen AI will be transformational, to implement it effectively the presentation proposes the 10/20/70 rule. In this model, 10 percent of the solution is the algorithms itself and 20 percent pertains to data and technological infrastructure. The most significant part—the 70 percent—involves people, culture, and change management. 

Following the presentation, a dialogue will continue with a dynamic Q&A session with the Latin American chief people officers in attendance. They will discuss the key topics impacting people management executives today.
