Gen AI: Get the 70 Percent Right

As part of the BRAVO Circle of Chief People Officers, Council of the Americas will host a virtual roundtable on the guiding principles for the implementation of generative AI. It will feature a keynote presentation entitled “Gen AI: Get the 70 Percent Right.” 

While Gen AI technology will be transformational, it is essential to understand and implement the 10/20/70 rule effectively. In this model, 10% of the solution is the algorithms itself, 20% pertains to data and technological infrastructure, but the most significant part, the 70%, involves people, culture, and change management. 

Following the presentation, a dialogue will continue with a dynamic Q&A session with the Latin American chief people officers in attendance. They will discuss the key topics impacting people management executives today.
