Overview

Council of the Americas will hold a discussion with Julio Borges, the foreign minister of Venezuela’s interim government of Juan Guaidó.

Borges will address the regional threats posed by the Nicolás Maduro regime and provide an update on the diplomatic efforts to restore democracy in Venezuela.

Registration will begin at 3:30 p.m. The minister will speak beginning at 4 p.m. followed by a moderated Q&A.
