Member Webex: Carlos Salazar Lomelín

AS/COA hosted a conversation with Carlos Salazar Lomelín, president of Mexico’s Consejo Coordinador Empresarial (CCE). Salazar spoke about the private-sector’s efforts to coordinate policies and actions to address the public health and economic emergency caused by the pandemic. He also discussed Mexico’s plan to resume economic activities and the implications for various businesses and sectors. The CCE is Mexico’s largest private-sector organization representing 12 business groups from various sectors: industrial, commercial, retail, services, tourism, banking, agriculture, and insurance, among others.
