Member Webex: Luis Rubio

Americas Society/Council of the Americas hosted a private Webex discussion with Luis Rubio, chairman of the Mexican Council on Foreign Relations (COMEXI) and of México Evalúa, a research institution devoted to the study of policy and economic issues. Rubio shared his views on Mexico’s current political, social, and economic situation amid the novel coronavirus pandemic outbreak.
