Council of the Americas held a private, off-the-record conversation with Congressman Gregory Meeks (D-NY), senior member of the House Financial Services and Foreign Affairs Committees, and of the Western Hemisphere subcommittee.

Meeks also co-chairs the Brazil and Colombia Caucuses, the New Dem Task Force on Trade, the Services Caucus to promote trade in services, and the Organization of American States Caucus.
