Mexico's Reform Agenda with PRI Congressman Treviño

Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto’s reform agenda is sweeping and includes energy, fiscal, and political reforms. The reforms are intertwined as negotiations continue among the major political parties in Congress. Javier Treviño, a congressman from the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) and secretary of the House energy committee, has been intimately involved in these discussions.
