    This being an election year in Canada, Council of the Americas will hold a private, off-the-record breakfast discussion on Canada’s economic and political outlook with Minister of Finance Bill Morneau.

    Morneau is a prominent Canadian businessman and politician. He was executive chair of Canada’s largest human resources firm, Morneau Shepell, and the former chair of the C.D. Howe Institute.
