Visual Arts at Americas Society presents a panel discussion with Iliana Cepero (assistant professor of visual studies, The New School), Leslie Hewitt (artist and assistant professor, The Cooper Union), and Antonella Pelizzari (professor of nineteenth and twentieth century history of photography, Hunter College, CUNY), moderated by Diana Flatto (assistant curator, Americas Society). The discussion will aim to situate Costa Rican artist Victoria Cabezas within the development of experimental photography and feminism since the 1970s.
