Join Council of the Americas for a conversation among industry experts on their perspectives of business and travel in the COVID-19 era.
The travel industry, including airlines and hotels, has been among the hardest-hit by the pandemic. In response to quarantine, border closures, and social distancing measures, the industry—including business and leisure travel—is facing immense challenges as people are avoiding gatherings, reducing recreational expenses, and implementing innovative methods of work.
According to a recent poll by the Global Business Travel Association, over half of travel buyers reported that their company has changed its travel policy. However, studies suggest that global firms will not replace travel and in-person meetings with virtual substitutes in the long-term.
Hear from high-level experts who will share the various ways in which the industry can encourage business and leisure travelers to regain confidence in traveling safely in a post-COVID world.
