Our seventh annual AS/COA Women's Hemispheric Network (WHN) Forum in Miami will provide valuable insights and perspectives on what corporations and leaders need to do to continue to promote women’s advancement in the workplace, particularly at a time when women’s progress in securing leadership positions has stalled.

C-level female leaders and public figures will share professional and personal stories about overcoming obstacles to reach success in their respective fields. Additionally, diversity and inclusion leaders from multinational corporations will share best practices and initiatives with proven impact.
