AS/COA Miami hosted a private luncheon featuring Manuel Tovar, minister of Foreign Trade of Costa Rica and president of the Costa Rican Foreign Trade Promotion Agency (PROCOMER).

At the event, Minister Tovar offered insights into the current business climate in Costa Rica, its dynamic trade agenda, and the growing investment opportunities in the country.
