WHN: Women's Global Leadership – How Far We've Come, and Where Do We Need To Go?
Women's Hemispheric Network hosted INCAE Professor Susan Clancy for a discussion on the progress in female representation in leadership across the private and public sectors.
Overview
Council of the Americas' Women's Hemispheric Network will host a virtual public program with Susan Clancy, Professor at INCAE in Organizational Behavior and Research Director of INCAE’s Center for Women’s Leadership.
Dr. Clancy, PhD in experimental psychology from Harvard University, will present data on the changes in female representation in leadership across the private and public sectors with a focus on Latin America, as well as on the importance of further progress in this area to ensure competitiveness. Finally, Dr. Clancy will provide tools and best practices at the individual, organization, and societal levels, to overcome the barriers that exist today.
