Overview
Santiago Gómez Larrea and Santiago Perez Suarez, co-owners of Cosme, will share their incredible story about quitting their careers in investment banking to open one of the top-rated Mexican restaurants in the United States with superstar chef Enrique Olvera. The owners will take members of the Young Professionals of the Americas (YPA) on a tour of the kitchen, show off their restaurant offices above, and sit with members over a delicious dinner at the restaurant.
This event is for YPA members only, and is free of charge. (Please note dinner is optional and its cost is not included.)
Registration opens May 1—instructions to come to YPA members by invitation—and is on a first come, first serve basis, as capacity is limited.
