Overview

Young Professionals of the Americas presents an entrepreneurship conversation with Dario Wolos, founder and CEO of Tacombi and Carmen Miranda, director of culinary innovation at Tacombi. 

Dario will speak about his journey from selling tacos beach-side in Mexico and opening multiple locations across three different locations in the United States, to leading the restaurant chain's global expansion fueled by Shake Shack's Danny Meyer $27.5 million investment.

Following the conversation, the evening will continue with a social hour where young professionals will have the opportunity to engage with Dario and Carmen, foster collaborations, and expand their network, while they enjoy the vibrant ambience and food at the restaurant.
