Overview
Young Professionals of the Americas (YPA) will host a private tasting and conversation with renowned Colombian chef Juan Manuel Barrientos, owner of Miami’s ElCielo Restaurant. Join us to learn more about Juanma’s fascinating entrepreneurial journey and his contributions towards “cooking peace” in Colombia through ElCielo Foundation. Attendees will enjoy a welcome drink, a special tasting menu, and a house cocktail.
Registration: $45 (tax and tip included)
Advance registration is required to attend.
This program is exclusive for YPA members on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Capacity is very limited as we will be in the restaurant's VIP room.
