Adriana Cisneros, CEO of Cisneros, leads a privately-owned enterprise with a rich 95 -year legacy in global business operations. Under her strategic vision, Adriana has led Cisneros into a new era of innovation and diversification through its three divisions: Cisneros Real Estate, Cisneros Interactive and Cisneros Media.

Cisneros Real Estate: Oversees the development of Tropicalia, a visionary sustainable luxury resort in the Dominican Republic. This ambitious project stands as a testament to Adriana's commitment to sustainable development and innovation in the real estate sector.

Cisneros Interactive: Adriana pioneered the inception of Cisneros Interactive, diligently fostering its growth to emerge as the leading digital advertising firm in Latin America, with offices and sales teams across 15 countries in the region and excelled in amplifying the visibility of prominent brands like Meta, Spotify, and LinkedIn. Following the trajectory of success, Adriana orchestrated a strategic divestiture of the business to Entravision marking the culmination of one phase and the commencement of another. Currently, Adriana leads the group's bold venture into creative technologies with a major stake in The Electric Factory, taking a seat on its board. The Electric Factory crafts top-tier tech strategies for elite global brands, heralding a future of transformative digital endeavors.

Cisneros Media: distinguishes itself as a creative nexus for story development and the production of diverse content spanning genres, including live-action and animation. Our Pay-TV network has broad influence, with over 25 million subscribers in the US, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Spain with a diverse mix of cable and fast channels. Its linear platforms captivate more than 50 million subscribers worldwide. Additionally, Mobius.Lab, an innovative division specializing in non-fiction, has garnered acclaim for delivering compelling short-form content across various platforms, tailored for both domestic and international audiences. Venevision, a division of Cisneros Media is Venezuela's leading TV network and Cisneros Media Distribution showcases a robust global footprint, delivering more than 30,000 hours entertainment content.

Global Connectivity Initiatives—Adriana's forward-thinking approach extends to strategic investments, notably in AST&Science, an initiative revolutionizing global connectivity through Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites. This venture underscores her dedication to advancing global communication infrastructure. Adriana served as Head of Strategy for the company and is currently a member of the company’s public board.

Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Adriana serves as the president of Fundación Cisneros, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to enhancing educational access in Latin America. Her active involvement in distinguished institutions such as MoMA's Latin American Acquisitions Committee (LACF) and the Advisory Committee of the Cisneros Institute at MoMA reflects her commitment to arts and education.

Additionally, she serves on the non-for profit boards of The Paley Center for Media, The Knight Foundation, and Americas Society/Council of the Americas (AS/COA). She’s on the board of The Electric Factory and serves as an advisor to The Venture City. Adriana also serves on three public company boards: AST &Science, Mattel and, most recently, The Ford Motor Company.

Adriana holds a BA from Columbia University and a Master’s in Journalism from New York University. Her dedication to lifelong learning and leadership is affirmed by her status as a Henry Crown Fellow, her affiliation with the Council on Foreign Relations, and her completion of Harvard Business School's esteemed Program for Leadership Development (2010).
