Alejandra Rodriguez Saenz is the corporate HR senior vice president for Orbia. As a global HR leader with extensive international experience, Alejandra has worked for leading multinational corporations, with a strong background managing Human Resources at global level, including experience in HR strategic consulting, talent development, compensation, benefits & employee relations as well as M&A & integration processes. Moreover, Alejandra has more than 20 years of extensive management experience in executive leadership teams with international companies including Clorox, Procter & Gamble, Philips, and Gilette. She holds a B.A. in Organizational Psychology from Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Motnerrey (ITESM) and an MBA from Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM).
