Andrea Grobocopatel is president of Fundación por Liderazgos y Organizaciones Responsables (F.L.O.R), president and shareholder of Los Grobo S.G.R., a leading agro-industrial group in South America. She co-founded the family business, together with her father and his brother, when she was only 21 years old. Grobocopatel founded her own Foundation for Responsible Leaderships and Organizations (F.L.O.R.), through which she will launch a unique regional program to train women to become Members of the Board of relevant companies and organizations. She is a mentor of Vital Voices Global Partnership, and is the author of Pasion por Hacer, her first book sharing her learning as a business woman. Ms. Grobocopatel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires, where she also studied Agricultural Management.
