Annali Duarte
Annali Duarte is managing director and head of Global Transaction Services (GTS) for Latin America at Bank of America. In this role, Annali is responsible for creating and executing the regional strategy for a suite of transaction banking solutions including payments, receivables, liquidity, and trade and supply chain finance to large corporates and financial institutions operating in Latin America. Working closely with the technology and operations teams, Annali oversees the end-to-end delivery of GTS solutions to clients in Latin America. This includes product development and implementation, client onboarding, and service and fulfillment.
Annali sits on the Latin America Executive Committee, the Global Transaction Services Executive Committee and is the chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Council for Latin America. Annali is also a member of the Global Investing in Women Leadership and the Global Diversity and Inclusion Council.
Prior to joining Bank of America in 2012, Annali worked at Citi, Santander and Bank Boston. During her 35 years in financial services, Annali has worked in foreign exchange trading and operations, cash management product development, and in GTS sales covering clients in the small, middle-market and large corporate segments.
Annali has a bachelor's degree in Administration and MBA in Marketing from Insper Business School Brasil. More recently, she participated in the Women's Leadership Program at MIT, Neuroscience in Leadership, as well as Digital Transformation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Annali is a co-author of the book Mulheres de Finanças (Women in Finance) that features stories of successful women in the financial industry in Brazil. She is coordinating the second Edition of this book with 35 women in finance, that will be launched in December.
Annali was a finalist in Analise Editorial’s list of the Most Admired Financial Executives. Annali lives with her husband and two teenage children, Ana Luisa and Vitor, in Brazil.
