Ash Kirvan is a Partner at Polymath Ventures, a company builder launching high-growth ventures for Latin America. Kirvan is an experienced company director and early-stage advisor, having served in a number of non-executive director roles, as well as providing governance for Polymath Ventures' portfolio companies. Prior to Polymath Ventures, his career centered on the oil & gas, mining, and infrastructure industries, where he most recently led product development and international expansion for the sustainability arm of a $7 billion multinational, which he left as a director. Kirvan is also a frequent speaker on topics around innovation and entrepreneurship in Latin America, with notable appearances including the HBS Latin America conference and U.S. State department events. Kirvan graduated with first class honors in Environmental Engineering and Physics at the University of Western Australia, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. His geographical experience spans Australia, China, Canada, the United States, and Latin America.
