Carlos Paci rejoined Boston Consulting Group in April 2016, having previously worked for the firm from 2011 to 2013. Carlos is a member of the Technology Advantage and Financial Institutions practice areas at BCG and an expert in the IT Sourcing topic. He is currently serving as the office leader for Santiago. 

Carlos has worked extensively with clients in technology and operations transformation across different industries. During recent years, he has been fully dedicated to supporting large digital transformations of financial institutions with special emphasis in IT topics including IT strategy, digital architecture, agile development, IT sourcing, and cloud adoption.
