César Caballero is general manager of Cifras y Conceptos. Previously, he has held several positions in the public and private sectors, including coordinator of the United Nations Millennium Development Goals at the United Nations Development Programme, dean and director of the National Statistics Department at the Universidad Autónoma de Manizales, and advisor for the mayor of Bogotá in 1990. Caballero holds a degree in political science from Universidad de los Andes and a master´s in Latin American studies from Oxford.
