Dyogo Oliveira
Dyogo Oliveira is Brazil’s minister of planning, development, and management. From January 2016 until May 2016, he was executive secretary of the Ministry of Finance. Oliveira was appointed executive secretary of the Ministry of Planning, Budget, and Management in January 2015. From 2008 to 2011, he was deputy secretary in the Department of Economic Policy of the Ministry of Finance. From 2011 to 2014, Oliveira served as deputy executive secretary and acting executive secretary of the Ministry of Finance. From 2006 to 2007, he started as the general coordinator of sector analysis in the Secretariat for Economic Monitoring and later as the general coordinator in the Department of Economic Policy of the Ministry of Finance. From 2000 to 2005, Oliveira executed several responsibilities in the Department of Industrial Technology of the Ministry of Development, Industry, and Foreign Trade. He is also an accredited specialist in public policy and government administration from the Brazil’s National School of Public Administration since 1998, and an accredited specialist in foreign trade, international negotiations, and exchange from the Getulio Vargas Foundation.
