Eduardo Mufarej
Eduardo Mufarej is one of the founders of RenovaBR, an initiative created with the purpose of preparing Brazilian citizens to become political leaders. He has been a partner of Tarpon Investimentos, a leading Brazilian investment firm, since 2004. He was the CEO of Somos Educação SA, the largest K-12 education company in Brazil, from 2015 to 2017, and currently leads the company's Board of Directors. Previously, Mufarej was the chairman of the Board of Omega Energia Renovável SA, a company focused on wind generation and small hydroelectric power plants. Eduardo also served on the Board of Arezzo & Co from 2007 to 2013 and on the Board of BRF SA, one of the world's largest food companies, from 2013 to 2015. Mufarej majored in business administration at Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC), in São Paulo. He is also the chairman of the Board of the Brazilian Rugby Confederation, a board member of Centro de Liderança Pública (Public Leadership Center) and Yale's Council of Global Advisors (Yale School of Management).
