With over 30 years of international experience in the building materials sector, Enrique García currently acts as the Regional Director for Central and South America for Cementos Progreso overseeing the operations in El Salvador, Costa Rica, Panama and Colombia. Previously Enrique acted as the Director of several country portfolios for CEMEX, including Guatemala, the Baltic Region (including Finland and Russia), Puerto Rico and Costa Rica. He has deep expertise at building and scaling people-first cultures and ahead-of-the-curve thinking that maximizes financial performance and establish a climate of trust with government policy makers. 

Enrique been a member of various Boards such as CPC (Consejo de Promoción de Competitivas) in Costa Rica, FICIL (Foreign Investors Council) in Latvia, CEMBUREAU (European Cement Association) in Brussels among others. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, México.
