Erika Irish Brown is the global head of diversity and inclusion in Bloomberg LP. She is responsible for developing and driving the company’s global strategy and approach to diversity and inclusion in collaboration with senior management to ensure alignment with business goals. Prior to joining Bloomberg, Brown was Bank of America’s head of diversity recruiting, program management and executive recruiting. She has over 15 years of investment banking and capital markets experience at Morgan Stanley, the U.S. Treasury, and Lehman Brothers. Brown received her MBA from Columbia Business School and holds a BS in economics from the State University of New York at Albany. She is currently vice-chair and director of the Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation and director and nominating committee chair of the Council of Urban Professionals (CUP).
