Facundo Manes is an Argentine neurologist, neuroscientist, and is currently the national deputy pre-candidate for the Province of Buenos Aires.

He has created the Institute of Cognitive Neurology (INECO) and serves as its honorary president. He has also held academic positions such as being the director of the Institute of Neurosciences at the Favaloro Foundation as well as being a rector of the Favaloro University.

He studied at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Buenos Aires, where he graduated in 1992, and then pursued his master’s degree in medical sciences, neurology, and neurosciences at the University of Cambridge.
