Federico Eisner is the managing partner of Bain & Company in Argentina. Eisner has worked extensively with leading local and international companies in Argentina, advising them on full potential transformation, corporate and business unit strategy, M&A, organization redesign and performance improvement. Eisner joined Bain in 1998 in São Paulo, and moved to Buenos Aires in 2007 to found and lead its office. During the last 10 years, Bain & Company has led engagements in Argentina, in agribusiness, consumer goods, retail, financial services, oil & gas, industrials goods and services, media and telecommunications. Eisner has led several pro bono projects in the education sector in Argentina, and besides Bain, leads the Board of Enseñá por Argentina. Eisner holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and an industrial engineering degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires.
