Federico Muxí is a managing director and senior partner at Boston Consulting Group. He leads BCG's overall business in Spanish South America and also the firm's Financial Institutions practice area for Iberia and South America.

He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services sector. Since joining BCG in 2002, Federico has worked extensively throughout Latin America for leading retail and corporate banks, wealth and asset managers, card issuers, processors and acquirers, and insurance companies. He has successfully led many clients through digital transformations and the launching of digital products to address the underbanked segment.

Federico takes an active and leading role in BCG’s Social Impact activities across the region.
