Flavio Cotini is the president and CEO of Walmart in Brazil and has twenty nine years of professional experience, thanks to the efforts made in several important companies in Latin America, including Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, and across Central America, working with a diversity of cultures, languages, and business situations. As part of his solid academic education, he holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from University of Campinas (UNICAMP) and an executive MBA from São Paulo University (USP). Cotini joined Walmart Brazil in February 2014 as the CFO, responsible for controller, tax, SOX, financial planning, strategy, activity management office, and indirectly for global shared services.
