Francisco Rosemberg, director, is the head of Wealth Partnerships & Solutions for Latin America at BlackRock. In this role, he oversees the Manager Research, Partnerships/Digital Strategy, Discretionary/Platforms, Product Strategy & Practice Management pillars across the Wealth segment, including the Offshore Wealth business. Francisco is also responsible of leading the LatAm Wealth Family Office business. 

With over a decade of experience in wealth management, Mr. Rosemberg has held various leadership positions at BlackRock and Schroders, including Head of Offshore Wealth Home Office and Head of Institutional Business in Chile. In these roles, he developed and maintained relationships with some of the largest clients in the region, including pension funds (AFPs), insurance companies, and corporates. He also successfully led and grew BlackRock's wealth business in Argentina and Uruguay. 

Mr. Rosemberg's expertise in wealth management, combined with his strong business acumen and strategic thinking, have enabled him to drive growth and success for his clients and his team. He joined BlackRock in June 2018, having previously spent 8 years at Schroders, where he led the wealth client business in Latin America ex-Brazil & Mexico. He began his career as a client associate at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in Buenos Aires from 2007 to 2010. Mr. Rosemberg holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Catolica in Argentina.
