Frank Elías Rainieri Kuret is the president of Grupo Puntacana, a leading Dominican conglomerate known for its development and management of the renowned Puntacana Resort. Grupo Puntacana encompasses a wide range of businesses, including tourism, real estate, and infrastructure development, all of which contribute significantly to the economic growth of the region. Rainieri Kuret plays a key role in the continued success of the business, which significantly contributes to the local economy, accounting for 20% of the province’s GDP.

Rainieri Kuret studied finance at Roger Williams University and holds a master's in finance from Boston University. In addition to his work at Grupo Puntacana, he has held important positions within the broader financial and tourism sectors, including having served as the president of the National Association of Hotels and Tourism of the Dominican Republic and serving as a member of the Board of Directors of Banco Popular Dominicano.
