Gabriela Rocha
Gabriela Rocha is co-founder and executive director of Laboratoria, an organization that empowers women who dream of a better future to start and grow transformative careers in technology. With a presence in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, and Peru, Laboratoria works to achieve a more diverse, inclusive, and competitive digital economy, which creates opportunities for every woman to develop her potential and in this way, transform Latin America’s future.
Before launching Laboratoria in Mexico, Gabriela worked as a public policy consultant in Mexico City and directed development projects in the favelas of Rio de Janeiro and in the Peruvian Andes. In 2017, she was selected as one of the Rising Talents of the International Women's Forum. She has a bachelor's of psychology from Boston College and a master's of public administration and international development from Columbia University in New York.
