Gabriela Skouloudi is a partner and co-head of the Corporate Investment Banking Practice at McKinsey & Company, Inc.’s New York office. As a member of McKinsey’s Global Corporate & Investment Banking practice, Skouloudi focuses on serving global banks, market infrastructure and other capital markets players. With extensive experience working with sales and trading leadership on topics related to strategy, organization, operations and regulatory matters/compliance. Prior to joining McKinsey, Gabriela was with Goldman Sachs where she held the position of COO/Chief of Staff for US equities working directly with the heads of sales and trading in transforming the business until 2014.  Her responsibilities in this position included both strategy and day-to-day business management. Prior to that Gabriela was an associate with Sidley Austin LLP focusing in Fixed Income derivatives, mortgages and securitization.
