Gilberto Peralta
Gilberto Peralta is president and CEO of General Electric (GE) Brazil, focusing on key initiatives strategic to the firm’s growth and expanding its long-lasting relationship with the country. He is also general manager of Latin America and the Caribbean for GE’s Capital Aviation Services, a position he has held since 2006. Peralta has worked for GE since 1980, joining GE Celma in Petrópolis as an engineer. Over the course of his career at GE, he has occupied various positions such as vice president for the Airbus program. Peralta represents the firm in several industrial associations and sectorial organizations, including the Confederação Nacional da Indústria, Associação Brasileira da Infraestrutura e Indústrias de Base, Associação Brasileira da Indústria Elétrica e Eletrônica, Conselho Empresarial Brasileiro para o Desenvolvimento Sustentável, and the Movimento Brasil Competitivo.
