Horace Porrás has held senior leadership roles at multinational companies such as Schlumberger, American Tower, Cargill, Mastercard, McDonald’s, and Afiniti, with responsibilities spanning the Americas, Europe, and global operations.

He is currently leading HR International Excellence, who provide tailored HR and business strategies to align with regional and global standards. He is also an Associate Principal at Dave Ulrich’s RBL Group, known for redefining HR practices worldwide.

Horace has extensive global experience in HR leadership, including VP and Head roles across Latin America, Europe, and globally. He has led initiatives in talent management, executive coaching, organizational transformation, succession planning, performance management, and M&A integration, including the largest acquisition in American Tower's history (USD 9 billion).

He successfully spearheaded global HR transformations across Americas, Europe, Asia and Australia, driving operational excellence, talent development, and DEI initiatives. A passionate advocate for inclusion, he has integrated individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) into organizations, particularly as a Global Ambassador for Best Buddies International.

He serves on the Board of Junior Achievement, holds a Bachelor's in Business Management, a Master’s in Human Resources Management, and is a certified Marshall Goldsmith Executive Business Coach. Originally from New Jersey, he has lived and worked in the U.S., Europe, and Latin America, and is now based in Miami, Florida.
