Imani Keith Henry
Imany Henry is a diversity trainer and organizational development consultant at OD for the People. Philosophically rooted in the client-centered modality of Harm Reduction Psychotherapy, Imani has worked as a social service worker and administrator in the cities of New York and Boston since 1992. Much of his background and expertise has been in HIV prevention/education working primarily with adolescents and adults dually-diagnosed with mental health conditions and substance use. As an organizational development consultant and diversity trainer, Imani provides change management services to educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and direct service agencies as well as small businesses. Imani has a Master’s degree in Social Work from New York University’s Silver School of Social Work and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from The Wagner School of Public Service.
